Lettuce and Beetroot were two little bunny rabbits.  They lived with Mummy and Daddy in a cosy house, at the bottom of a leafy lane, with green fields all around. Their bedroom  had a window looking out over the garden. Every morning Lettuce and Beetroot woke up and jumped out of bed.  They ran to the window and looked out.  Whatever the weather, the two little bunnies were sure to have an exciting adventure.
