Fear

Cringing, hiding full of fear
Please don’t touch me don’t come near
My tortured body muscles seized
I cannot move I cannot breath
Tears prick my eyes I feel in pain
Don’t let people see my shame
My body crushed my soul destroyed
Emotions gone I’m in a void
I’m left an empty carcass shell
My life is just a living hell
Moving round from place to place
No one knowing my disgrace
Too ashamed to tell a soul
I’ll stay inside my dark deep hole
