Earth

 

How beautiful the sunshine, also the pouring rain

How wonderful that everyday nothing is the same

To see a perfect rainbow, to hear a robin sing

And up above us in the sky, a skylark on the wing

 

The seasons ever changing the earth that is unique

Blessings are all around us if we care to have a peek

Great majestic mountains so white and full of snow

And great expanse of desert where few men care to go

 

Man is so very tiny and his time on earth not long

But can destroy the planet, all the beauty will be gone

Just a thought to put things back, replace the things we take

Our children are our future, please do it for their sake
